The Turkey Government scholarship offers a range of programs at different levels of study, ranging from full-time degrees to short-term specialized programs as well as tailored and partnered programs for specific target groups.
Fields of Study:
Full-time degree programs cover Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degree courses. For Bachelor’s degree courses, it ranges from Engineering to Health Sciences, Humanities to Social Sciences, covering almost all fields except for 2-year associate or vocational degree courses. For postgraduate degree courses, it offers a wide range of programs across Social Sciences, Humanities, Natural Sciences and Engineering.
- Open to citizens of all nations;
- Be under the age of 21 for application for Bachelor degree programs; 30 for Master’s degree programs; 35 for PhD degree programs
- Minimum academic achievement for application for Bachelor degree programs: 70%; for Master’s & Doctorate degree programs: 75%; for Health Science ( Medicine, Dentistry & Pharmacy): 90%
Successful candidates are provided university placement service at Turkey top 50 universities and a compulsory one-year Turkey language course.
Most programs in Turkey universities are taught in Turkish. Some departments and universities offer programs in English or other languages. Candidates who wish to study in these programs are required to have internationally recognized language certificate such as TOEFL or other equivalent certificates. Most of these programs require international admission test scores such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.
